At Grace & Glow Skincare™, we take pride in creating high-quality skincare products made with natural ingredients and care.
Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene standards, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.
Pre-Orders
All items are part of a made-to-order, small-batch production process.
By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Orders require 2–4 weeks for production and processing before shipment
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once the order has been placed
- Production begins based on confirmed order quantities, which involves immediate allocation of materials and scheduling.
Delays
Occasionally, production or shipping delays may occur due to supplier timelines, carrier delays, or high order volume. These are normal in small-batch manufacturing and do not qualify for refunds.
We always aim to fulfill orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Lost or Stolen Packages
Grace & Glow Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please contact your local carrier for assistance.
