Processing Time

All orders are part of a small-batch pre-order release.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production and processing before shipment.

Each batch is produced in limited quantities to ensure quality and consistency.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times after processing:

  • Standard U.S. Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): 2–3 business days

 

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is typically 2–5 weeks from the date of purchase (including production, processing, and shipping).

Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or production volume.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States.  Additional locations may be added in the future.

 

Incorrect Address

Grace & Glow Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Grace & Glow Skincare is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact your local carrier for assistance.

 

Damaged Packages
